These are the billing frequencies for your subscription.
Monthly means your subscription renews every month.
Quarterly means it renews every 3 months.
Biannual means it renews every 6 months.
Yearly means it renews once a year.
You can choose the billing cycle that fits your business best.
We support a variety of payment options, including cards, mobile money, MPESA, bank transfers, Masterpass, SnapScan, EFT, QR, and other local options depending on your region.
When you choose a plan, you’ll be taken to the payment options available for your country and billing setup.
OurPixo supports a wide range of currencies, including many African local currencies such as NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, XOF, XAF, RWF, TZS, UGX, ZMW, MWK, MUR, LYD, DZD, MAD, SLL, EGP, BWP, and TND.
We also support currencies such as USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, INR, SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, and EUR.
Where available, pricing is shown in the visitor’s local or mapped billing currency.
If you outgrow your current plan before the billing cycle ends, you can move up to a higher plan.
Unused time on your current plan can be credited proportionally, and you only pay the difference for the remaining period.

If auto-renewal is enabled for your payment method, we'll automatically charge your payment method to avoid service interruption.
If renewal does not happen, you won't be able to create new galleries or upload new files, but your existing dashboard data remains accessible for 3 months before permanent deletion.
No. OurPixo storage does not roll over like mobile data bundles.
Each subscription plan comes with a total storage limit, not a monthly storage allocation. This means you can store up to the amount included in your plan at any time while your subscription is active.
For example, if your plan includes 100 GB of storage and you use 60 GB, you still have 40 GB available. Your storage does not reset each month, and unused space does not accumulate as extra storage in future months.
If you need more space, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
OurPixo supports most common visual file formats.
You can upload up to 5,000 photos or videos per gallery, or more if your plan supports it.
For larger shoots, it’s usually better to organize work into gallery sets such as Engagement Photos, Wedding Ceremony, and Reception so the client experience stays cleaner and easier to navigate.
